We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints that meet national criteria. Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and to deal swiftly with any problems that may arise.

All complaints about the standards of service will be investigated and no one will be victimised because of their complaint.
